We Adhere to ASHI's Best Practices

COVID Prevention  is very important to Northwest Property Inspections (NWPI). We follow the guidance provided by ASHI with the belief that home inspections can continue during the COVID-19 outbreak. We practice prudent safety measures  and  ensure inspection does not conflict with government orders or recommendations.

• NWPI reschedules the inspection if any party is feeling sick, or exhibiting symptoms of a respiratory illness.
• We bring our own anti-bacterial soap, towel, hand sanitizer and shoe covers.
• We use  hand sanitizer before entering the home, and wash our hands as recommended before beginning the inspection.
• We wear disposable shoe covers when entering the home.
• We do not shake hands.
• We wash our hands after inspecting each bathroom and the kitchen.
• We wipe bathroom and kitchen fixtures and toilet handles with a sanitizing wipe after inspecting these areas. We ensure  the wipe instructions allow use on the fixture or handle.
